Where We Work
Based in Cornwall, working across Akwesasne and Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. No travel surcharge anywhere in this list.
Six areas
Local means local
These are not pages we wrote to rank. They are the places we actually work, and each one has its own building department, its own housing stock and its own set of things that go wrong.
Cornwall
Our home base. Decks, fences, siding, windows, bathrooms and kitchens across Cornwall — from Riverdale to the east end, with the City permit paperwork handled for you.
- Riverdale
- Le Village
- Eastcourt
Akwesasne
Decks, fencing, siding, windows and full interior renovations across the Ontario portion of Akwesasne, including Kawehno:ke.
- Kawehno:ke (Cornwall Island)
- Riverfront properties
- Year-round homes
Long Sault
Ten minutes west of Cornwall, and a village where almost every original house went up in the same two years — which tells us a great deal before we even arrive.
- Original 1957–58 village
- Ault Park area
- Long Sault Parkway side
Ingleside
Ingleside shares Long Sault’s history and its housing stock — a planned village from 1957–58, now all reaching the same renovation milestones together.
- Original planned village
- Farran Park area
- Waterfront properties
Lancaster & Glen Walter
East of Cornwall along the Lake St. Francis shoreline — waterfront decks, exposed elevations, and a lot of properties where the view is the whole point.
- Glen Walter
- Lancaster
- South Lancaster
Alexandria
North into Glengarry — village homes, farm properties and rural lots, where the constraints are well water, septic beds and older buildings worth keeping.
- Alexandria village
- Mill Pond area
- Rural and farm properties
Not on the list?
Ask anyway
We regularly work in Williamstown, Martintown, Summerstown, Bainsville, Maxville, Moose Creek, Newington, Avonmore, St. Andrew’s West and Green Valley, among others.
Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry is a big area with a small population, so we cover a lot of ground. If you are within reasonable driving distance of Cornwall, the answer is probably yes — and if it is not, we will say so straight away rather than quoting a job we cannot service properly.
Tell us where you are
Send us your address and what you are planning. We will tell you whether we cover it and what the job is likely to involve.
